Job Descriptions

(Doha, Qatar) Looking for Stewarding Supervisor for a 5* luxury hotel.

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
• Supervise and train a team of stewards, ensuring they are well-organized, efficient, and following all safety and hygiene protocols
• Monitor and inspect all areas of the hotel or restaurant to ensure they are consistently clean, organized, and in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Oversee the maintenance and cleaning of all stewarding equipment and supplies, ensuring they are properly stored and in good working condition
• Coordinate with the culinary and service departments to ensure a smooth flow of operations, including the timely delivery of clean dishes, silverware, and glassware
• Responsible for inventory management, ordering and stocking of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment
